Gentle:
Our goal is to teach proper alignment and body awareness. This will allow one to relax when needed and move forward when capable. We will guide and encouraged each student to enjoy their yoga experience to the fullest in body mind and spirit. This is a great class for beginners to start their yoga practice and those with experience to fine tune their practice.
Intermediate:
You will be encouraged to push past self imposed limitations and move towards your edge in a safe environment. Expect more movement in this class and guidance towards more challenging poses. Beginners with an open mind are always welcome.
Advanced:
You will learn to move with grace and power in our advanced classes. We often practice inversions and back bending during these classes. As always you will be guided safely and modifications will be given if needed. Come in with an open mind and a light heart. We love to “play” in the advanced classes!

Speciality Classes:
5:30-6:30pm – Yoga Nidra, (Karrie) a slow, guided relaxation class. Last Sunday of the month only. $10
10:00-10:45am – Beginner’s Therapeutic Yin Yoga, (Pat). Yin yoga utilizes long held floor poses to enhance the Chi or energy distribution through the Yin parts of the body, namely the bones and connective tissue that bind them. These mainly static postures coax Chi into the respective meridians (the unseen riverbeds through which Chi travels), thereby functioning as a kind of needle-less acupuncture treatment. This style of practice, done slowly and safely, nourishes the natural range of motion of the joints, which allows for more ease in seated meditation postures. It also flushed the meridians housed in these connective tissues, directly effecting and enhancing particular organs. Second Sunday of the month only. Class is free is you attend Pat’s Gentle Yoga at 8:30, or drop in rate is $8.
Traditionally Led Ashtanga Primary Series, (Karrie) the last Sunday of every month from 3:30-5:00pm Join us for a full primary series Ashtanga Class. We all know that through our yoga and meditation practice we are taught the ways to find vibrational harmony with our intentions. And when we get into the flow….we experience outrageous abundance! It’s all about overcoming fear! Please join Karrie as she leads us through Yoga Therapy, also known as Yoga Chikitsa, a traditional series of postures, systematically arranged to create healing of the Body, Mind and Spirit. This Ashtanga series will be taught in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. This flowing set, sequence of postures utilizes the ujjayi breath and bandhas (energy locks) to increase muscular strength, flexibility and concentration. Through this full series Ashtanga Class or Yoga Therapy, you will learn meditation skills perfect for when we all experience shifts… These shifts sometimes cause defensive attitudes and avoidance. The meditation we will practice will stimulate endurance and teach us “how to stay without escaping”. A useful meditation to practice daily. Special Note: This class is not for beginners.
