Yoga Bala Teacher Training Program

ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA IMMERSION and TEACHER TRAINING 200 & 500 hour levels

This training consists of 3 levels

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Immersion ( 100 hours)
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga level 1 ( 200 hours )
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga level 2 (300 hours ) for those who have previously earned their 200 teacher certificate.

Yoga Bala Ashtanga Yoga Immersion and Teacher Training – Begins March 31st, 2012

Ashtanga Yoga Immersion consists of 100 hours
Length of Training:  March 31st-August 18th
Cost:  $1000.  Includes studio membership.
For any student looking to further their practice and delve deep into the physical and spiritual aspects of Yoga. Student Teaching not required.

Certified 200 hour Teacher Training level 1
Length of Training:  March 31st- October 28th
Cost:  $1900.   Includes studio membership.

Certified 500 hour Teacher Training level 2
Length of Training:  March 31st-December 22nd
Cost:  $2495.   Includes studio membership.

April- 14th & 28th
May- 12th& 26th
June- 9th & 23rd
July – 7th & 21st
August – 4th & 18th (Immersion Students graduate)
September – 1st, 15th, & 29th
October – 13th, (14th, 10:00-2:00pm) 27th, & (28th, 10:00-2:00pm) (200 hr students graduate)
November – 10th, (11th, 10:00-2:00pm) 24th & (25th,10:00-2:00pm)
December – 8th, (9th, 10:00-2:00pm) & 22nd
(Final Graduation)

Students in level 1 MUST take one class per week with Karrie, throughout training (does not include teacher training dates).

Students in level 2 training must take 2 classes per week, one with Karrie throughout training.

All courses are certified and can be used as CEU’s for Yoga Alliance or if student chooses to do so.  The Yoga Bala programs meet Yoga Alliance 200 & 500 hour standards.
