Hatha Yoga is a path to creat balance and unite opposites with the physical practice of postures (Asanas). Are you fit enough, flexible enough, strong enough, the answer is a definite YES! You don’t need to adapt yourself to the posture let the posture adapt to you. Know that this practice is to encourage wellness, wholeness, complete mind and body health. Yoga will meet you where ever you are… if you let it. Do not put expectations or judgements upon yourself. Come with a beginners mind an open mind even if the body feels closed. I can’t tell you when you will get the perfect a lotus or a backend but I can tell you, even promise you! If you come to take class with no expectations and allow you mind to expand without judgement on how your body performs you will achieve Yoga. You will transform and have a profound experience.
