Beginners Workshop (seated postures)

In this beginners workshop we will practice, discuss, and breakdown fundamental seated postures of yoga. This workshop is for beginners or anyone interested in learning proper technique on many of the postures we practice in class. I will teach the posture while breaking down the basics of the pose. The goal is to give you an opportunity to really learn ways of improving your daily practice. Often with just a little tune up your entire body can experience the fullest of benefits yoga offers.
We will begin with a shortened seated flow, followed by question / answer. The last half of the workshop will be workshop style learning and practicing with new cues and physical adjustments.
This workshop is limited to 9 students we will continue to social distance, if adjustments are giving it will be only with Karrie & with students permission.
