Join us Wednesday evening October 27 for Deep Relaxation with Gentle Movement and Yin Yoga Postures.

Relaxation will be our goal for this 90 minute workshop. This practice can take you to the next level of relaxation; body, mind, and soul.

This Workshop will progressively lead you through a body scan to fully relax, which incorporates meditation on the breath, the balancing of emotional states, visualization, and self-healing. Set a positive intention during the Yin practice that will implant deep into the spirit.
