Strength Training for Yogi's with Karrie & Lori

Join Karrie and Lori in this 2 hour workshop as we teach you floor exercises to strengthen and compliment your yoga Practice.
First of all this is going to be a blast! However we will teach you 10 exercises that you can practice at home. With commitment, each will quickly help you build muscle endurance and strength.
You will be using your own body weight, your yoga mat, a blanket. YUP that's it! ALL levels welcome :)
As always we will end with a gentle stretch and mini Yoga Nidra.
