Orthopedic Neurological Energy Technique:

This workshop will focus on gentle rehabilitation of the hip flexors in order to help relieve back pain.

Designed and Taught by Dr. Julie Kotiw, DC, BS, CMT, CYT . Dr. Julie is a certified yoga instructor, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, Certified in Acupuncture, and is the neuroanatomy professor at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Fl. She designed ONE Technique in order to fuse all that she knows about healing the body into a yoga class designed to help alleviate low back pain.
