Yoga Techniques for Educators K-8th Grade with Karrie AuBuchon

March 30, 2019 11am - 2pm

Teach Yoga Techniques for those working with our Youth.

Yoga can support a child’s development in five ways: physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and academically.

This workshop is designed to help School Teachers K-8th grade maintain positive behavior in the classroom, which can be a daily struggle for educators.

Classroom Yoga Breaks are designed to support educators by recharging and refocusing young minds, through stretching and breathing exercises that increase blood flow, relieve tension and prepare the brain to get back to work. Taking two to five minute brain breaks throughout the school day helps to boost energy, and has shown to improve student outcomes while also preserving valuable instructional time.

I am excited use my Training of Yoga Ed. TM to teach the Educators Volusia County. Training is directed toward classroom environment situations. However parents are welcome to join us for this beneficial workshop.

There are no pre-requisites for this training. You do not have to be a yoga teacher or really even a yoga student. If you happen to be a Yogi, great! If not this will also be a fabulous training to learn a bit for yourself. Don't miss out on Part 1 of this Training.

$55. must pre-register training manual included.
