Visiting our studio for the first time? We are excited to meet you and be a part of your Yoga journey. Our staff is here to fully support you in any way possible. We take pride in maintaining a non-intimidating atmosphere at YB. The Bala family is one of kindness and friendship. We offer options for all levels & speciality classes including, Chair Yoga, Meditation, Yin Yoga, and Monthly Yoga School.

Yoga Side Effects

WARNING: strong side effects are probable

Take the recommended dose of yoga 4-6 x's per week as needed. Side effects are as follows...

YB has been a traditional yoga studio for 11+ years. We are so very aware of how times have change. We are excited to add in Community Walks, Workshop, Yoga on the go, and functional training , We recognize how important it is to be strong in body and mind.
