Monthly Breath and Meditation

On the fourth Sunday of every month we offer a breath and meditation class at regular class prices. This is a fabulous class for both beginners, advanced yogis, or even those not practicing the physical aspects of yoga. Lori will guide students through short practices of Pranayama (breath exercise) followed by a meditation. Minimal movement but just enough to keep the blood flowing! Join in on this class to reap the profound benefits of meditation and conscious breath. 10:30am-11:30pm on the 4th Sunday of every month

Yoga Bala        School of Yoga

YB continuing Teacher Training Curriculum offered. Teaching all 8 Limbs of Yoga. Yoga School 2018 is offered 1st Saturday a every month. New students and current teachers in need of continuing education welcome. Those interested in their 200 hour Certification will take all modules and the October Immersion which is "Introduction to the Intermediate Series of Ashtanga Yoga". This course will teach students all modifications to this series as it has such great physical and mental benefits. I would like this practice to be accessible to Everyone!
