B.Y.O Yoga Wheel Workshop

Join Karrie for a playful workshop on Saturday April 11th

We will join together with our Yoga Wheel to learn some stretching techniques over the wheel.

Many of the stretches will be passive and YIN like. This will be a spontaneous hour I will show you some of the tricky techniques as well.

The Wheel is an awesome way to open the upper back and shoulders.

For most students I recommend the 12" Wheel however if you already have the 10" bring it! We will work with what you have. The wheels are available on Amazon the is no reason to spend a lot they are are pretty much the same.

Deep Relaxation and Body Scan

Join us Sunday evening for Deep Relaxation with body scan and restorative postures.

Progressive Relaxation will be our goal for this 90 minute Speciality Class. This practice can take you to the next level of relaxation; body, mind, and soul.

This relaxation class will progressively lead you through a body scan to engage one's physicality. It incorporates meditation on the breath, the balancing of emotional states, visualization, and self-healing.

Sunday June 30th 4:30pm-6:00pm $25. please pre register

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a small pillow for your comfort. This workshop is open for everyone even if you have never practiced yoga!
