Complete Relaxation before the Holiday Season begins
Yoga Nidra is a practice that can take you to the next level of relaxation; body, mind, and intuition.
Yoga Nidra, translated as yogic sleep, is a five-stage process that begins with a body scan to engage one's physicality. It incorporates meditation on the breath, the balancing of emotional states, visualization, and self-healing. Setting a positive intention during your Nidra practice that will implant deep into the spirit.

Feeling a little Funked up?
Grab your Yoga Mat and head on over to my house.
We will let the spirits move us, with some Funky yoga postures.
Join Karrie (at her house) for a two hour Funky Yoga Pose Workshop. If the weather is cooporating we will gather around the pool for yoga, laughter, and relaxation. If Mother nature is in her own Funky mood we will move it into the Hangar.
